* the zoomobile visited RUBARB once again!  although a freezing wintery day, a huge crew of kids and adults turned out to see and pet some critters from the zoo.  we gazed at an owl, felt a rough hedgehog and a furry chinchila, and even got to hold a 10 ft boa constrictor!  thanks once again to the zoo for providing such a resource to RUBARB.

*12/5: 13 rubarbians watched a film called "where are you go" sponsored by the Bicycle Film Fest.  The film was about a bike trip from cairo to capetown, with beautiful scenery from countries throughout Africa.  thanks BFF for the free tix!

*12/17: A bunch of us went to see The Princess and the Frog, the new Disney animation based in New Orleans.  It was a perfect rainy night to see the film and we all had fun!
